I love being an orthodontist! I knew early on I wanted a career that could make a positive difference in people’s lives and in the community. There’s no better way to improve someone’s self-esteem and confidence than with a beautiful smile.

Since graduating my orthodontic program in 2005, I have worked as an associate in several practices to gain experience before opening my own practice in 2008. Orthodontics is a profession that is constantly changing and evolving, to stay current with the latest improvements and technologies, I attend several continuing education courses each year, which allows me to provide my patients with the best advancements in orthodontic care.

Personal Life:
I grew up in Durham Connecticut and am very excited to be practicing in my home state. While not in the office, my life revolves around being a supportive father and husband. I love riding bikes with my kids and spending the warm summer days at the beach. I personally enjoy outdoor activities such as skiing, running, traveling, and volunteering at my favorite charity “The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp”.

Dr. Raney and his staff are dedicated to providing a positive orthodontic experience for all of our patients and their families. This will include the best orthodontic care in a clean and safe environment, commitment to excellence through continuing education and the introduction of the newest treatment techniques into our practice. We believe that in this way we can best serve our patient’s individual needs.
